Using your room number or your private area ID, choose the hotel where you'll be staying and start enjoying your vacation long before you arrive. You'll be able to manage your reservation and learn about the benefits of your loyalty tier. 

There is a "Requests" section where you can submit requests to the hotel:

• Book the spa, the golf course, or other services
• Reserve a table at the restaurants
• Order dinner in your room

Are you enjoying your vacation by the pool and have a question? In the app, you can chat with the front desk 24 hours a day. Just ask for whatever you need, and the hotel staff will be happy to help you. At hotels in Europe and Africa, you can make payments through the app.
