Implementation of renewable energy

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, the Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites hotel has received a grant from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, to carry out significant energy efficiency improvements through the installation of solar thermal panels for hot water and heating, as part of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge’s Incentive Programme for the installation of renewable thermal energy systems in various sectors of the economy, run by the Institute for Energy Saving and Diversification, IDAE. A total investment of €324,149.83 has been made, and an application has been submitted for a grant of €84,487.20. Finally, it should be noted that the installed thermal capacity is 197.4 kW.
